I'm not sure about that and most probably makes no difference in the army cause what you need there is not "balls" (no offense), but guts, tactics, and marksmanship. I think it would be better if you had no "balls" (I wouldn't want that though!!) cause you would not think of lust in the army during break time and get yourself killed.

I can't imagine how he wouldn't be able to join the Army. Anyone with balls would join the Marines.

Possibly! If he is healthy and not using any medication for this condition, he shouldn't have a problem. He may need a waiver granted to cover this and that would be up to the recruiter to file for one. After the waiver is filed, then it will be up to the review board. Good luck on your request.
