Can a ex partner have a DNA test done?

My ex i found out he has raped a few younger girls some close to me and i had a son to him before i knew what he had done. i then found out i was pregnant to him again but i told him i cheated on him and fell pregnant to my current partner who is supporting me now the real farther wants a DNA test done when the baby is born and the baby is a girl and i'm scared for her as the girls who he raped won't report him because they are close to the family. What i want to no is can i stop it

He can't force a DNA test. Make sure you put your partner's name on the birth certificate and he signs the declaration of paternity.
