  2. Yes and a very good chance that they would.  The only other possible blood type from parents that both have B, would be O, and that's only if BOTH parents are heterozygous for B (and O), ie  BO.

  3. Yes... the child would most likely have Type B blood. That really has nothing to do with child bearing ability.

  7. They can have children. However, due to the same bloodtype it is possible that the child could have a defficiency, its not always the case and I am no expert but it is what I have heard.
