Unfortunately no. :( If you had citizenship you could hand it down to your son. How did your son acquire citizenship? Via a work permit? Also, do you have a degree. No.  It doesn't work that way.

You can sponsor your dad, if he wants to live in Britain (if he lives alone or has medical issues, your petition is more likely to succeed), but he can't get citizenship off the bat.
