Can a felon on supervision leave the u.s.a. for educational purposes?

there is nothing to prevent it except the court.

it must be approved just as any travel must be.

if the probation officer agrees then have the attorney file with the court and see what the judge decides. i am sure what the conviction was for and how probation has gone up to this point in time will be a big consideration.

the "felon"  probably  has a good idea if it will be approved, seldom are the ramifications of our actions a surprise to us if we are honest with ourselves.
