Can a female be deported back to her native land ?

this is for Immigrations i'm american born i married a women from anther country before we said i do we talked about having children(found out later she could not have)talked about starting a business between our two country

once here she started saying i did not know how to run a business i was stupid i told her i have had a business before and i knew how now we are in a Divorce how can i have her deported back to her country ?

If her status is legal then she can stay.

What stage of immigration are you on?  does she have a 2 year card yet, or the 10 year card?  Either way there is not a lot you can do.

do you have problems, you clearly didnt marry for love, because that sounds like the silliest situation i have ever heard, you dont deport someone because you are divorced that is so pathetic, you are a low person no wonder she wants to divorce you!
