  1. No.

    They're not able to.

But if your hamster has given birth, and you got it recently, chances are it was already pregnant when you bought it- hamster pregnancies only last twenty or so days.

However, they are not asexual and therefore cannot reproduce without a male- thank God.

  2. There are some creatures that can reproduce without the usual male/female combination but hamsters are not on that list.  If yours is pregnant then she must have met up with a male before you became her owner.

  3. I've heard people say Jesus H. Christ and always wondered what the H stood for. Now I know: it's a clue that his Second Coming will be via virgin birth from a hamster!

  4. No.  A female anything always needs a male to get pregnant.

  5. what, you mean like jesus or anakin skywalker? no, dont think immaculate conception occurs in hamsters.

  6. Nope! Sorry

hun, (sorry i call every one hun)

you really need to get her to the vet its whats best for her

  7. No they can't.

Its possible the female could've got pregnant with a male hamster BEFORE you got it though, if it was within the past 1-2 months.
