  1. The state will get you first, then you will be turned over to face the UCMJ.....  


  2. Of course.  They can go to jail where ever they commit their crime.

  3. Not only can they go to jail, but most likely they will face a Court Martial and be removed from the service.  If you violate domestic violence laws and are convcited; you are not able to possess a weapon or hold a security clearance.

  4. Le'ts just say, you don;t want to go to an Army jail.You don;t just sit in a cell and wait for meals. You make little rocks out of big rocks, and they supply the sledgehammer.


  5. I hope so. Domestic violence is nothing to laugh about or downplay (like so many people do). People who claim to love each other hurting each other physically? They deserve to be punished as much as possible and reasonable!
