Of course, there are MAAAANY foreigner actors in Hollywood. Penelope Cruz, Salma Hayek, Orlando Bloom, Sean Connery, Javier Bardem, Heath Ledger, Nicole Kidman, Naomi Watts, Hugh Laurie, Hugh Grant... the list goes on and on.

But to tell you the truth, becoming a Hollywood actor is like winning the lottery. It would be much easier if you become a succesfull actor in YOUR country first, THEN move to/try your chance in Hollywood. Like most foreigner stars did.
