  6. I should think most of London is owned by foreigners.  Al Fayed owns Harrods on Oxford Street, you can't get more central London than that or anyone more foreign than Al Fayed, whose been refused British citizenship.

    There are no nationality restrictions who can own land in the UK. I have a friend who lives in Canada and owns a house in Woking.
