  1. In Missouri, 14 and a half you can and you need a work permit issued by your school saying that you are in a good standing as far as grade as no serious punishments.

  2. i heard you can wear the cow costume at chickfila

  3. are u talking about a part time job - then yes! usually u work at a place that ur interested in..not pressured in

  4. its very hard trust me and the only way you could get a job in that age is if you have relative that is nice enough to hire or you can work in the summer only if sign up at readnyc.org and after you do that you must go to any public school that has read program in after school and tutor some first graders some reading and writing for about 3 months (without getting paid because its considered as community service) just twice a week dont worry and do the same when its summer time (make sure to sign up on the website fist) but in the summer you get paid 8 $ an hour about a month and 15 days and by the time your done you'll have almost 2000$. By the way whenever you signup there gonna call you to go to a certain school and make sure you'll be there on time because that day is the for your training.

  6. No, the legal age for a teenager to have a job is 16.

  7. It depends. Most of place won't hire you since the legal age to get a job is sixteen. But heads up! you could still get some jobs. You could still work under your parents, family members or your neighbor. Don't also forget that you could still baby sit too. It is easy and you don't have to do alot of work! which is great! I am currently a college student right now and i baby sit kids! Remember, you could get a job anywhere. You just need to look for it!

    Good Luck!

  8. Every state is different. I would go ahead and check the Department of Labor laws. If 14 is the minimum legal age to have a job, you will need a work permit. Some jobs will not hire anybody under 16. I got a job a few days before I turned 15 and it was a little hard finding a job only because some employers will think you are too young. If you can get a job, a good place to work is at a fast food. I'm 17 and currently working at McDonalds and it's not like anything that you think of. It is not easy, it's a challenge but I enjoy my job. They say that if you can work at McDonalds, you can work anywhere so I'm taking advantage of that. It pays minimum wage BUT a lot of jobs will not pay a 14 year old more than minimum wage. Having a job gives you more respect for money, where it comes from and how hard it is to make it.

  9. i have the exact same problem! i think only at fast food restaurants :/
