The UFC does not have a womens division. Some of the smaller fight orginizations do though. Check out Bodog.

they cant be on the show THE ultimate fighter, but sure there are plenty of female mixed martial artists

if youre wondering if you could ever compete against guys, no. women are too weak, even pound for pound. just not athletic enough. there are female mma fights though, and lots in the smaller orgs.

I think it would be great to see. I've even talked with my friends about that very thing. It would have to be done right though, to have it not be thought of as a gimmick.
