Studies have shown that pre c*m doesn't contain sperm. There may be a small amount of sperm left in the folds of the p***s but this is washed out by simply urinating between ejaculations.
That being said, your man would have had to have his finger dripping wet in precum and not have urinated after his last ejaculation to get sperm inside you.
