Can a guy still *** in a women when she useing mirena?

Not 100% safe no.  I know a few women who have gotten pregnant on Mirena.

Yes, the man can still do it, but it doesn't mean that you are 100% safe from getting pregnant. I would contact your doctor on this one.

Being from another country (Australia) I have no idea what mirena is! could it be some type of birth control pill? or a gel?

I just had my inserted today. My doctor told me that as long as there's no multiple partners, your chances of an infection are extremely low. But if it's just between you & your husband (which I'm assuming), you don't really need to worry at all.

As far as Pregnancy- before choosing Mirena, I looked up only Personal testimonies of ladies who've gotten pregnant. There's too many people who say "my friend" experiences. I've heard of it happening, but not often. After doing my homework, this IUD really seem effective & trustworthy. I wasn't too worried anyway. The Position feedback was Much higher than the negative. & half the negative was from people who were just guessing. It does happen, but not often. Keep in mind, ALL birth controls will have that tiny percentage of birth control failure. (Mirena 99.9% effective).

Just make sure you check your strings occasionally (that will be coming out of your cervix). Make sure that they're still the same length- proving your Mirena hadn't moved, or started to slide outward (that's not likely to happen btw).

Altho, once inserted, my doctor told me to not have anything inserted in my v****a for 7 days. Not even a tampon.

I'm guessing it's to prevent infections, cuz there is bleeding after you have it inserted. But I'm sure there's further reasons than that...

Oh, & take an IB Profin before you go! The procedere feels like severe Cramping. I took one pill right when I got there, & I Cramped driving all the way home until the med kicked it.

Yup!  I had it for over a year and me and my husband had unprotected s*x and was fully safe!

Although there is a slight possibilty you can become pregnant while on mirena, I never did.
