Can a hair expert please help me!!!?

Ok, if you are not a cosmetologist please do not answer or if you haven't solved this problem before!!

anyways, i took out my braids, and then washed my hair, and then conditioned it. After i washed out the conditioner i had big knots in my hair!!! i can't get them out i don't know what to do!!! can someone please help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i want to flat iron my hair but i can't with these clumps!!!

ok. This should help. Works EVERY time. Head and shoulders shampoo and conditioner, if those dont work erbal esssences, and thyen RIGHT after you shower brush bunches. If knots are still there,then go to a hair salon and ask for a certain product called bedhead hairspray, put it in for a day and when it is about four o clok shower and brush.

take some conditioner and pull it in your hair and then brush your hair.  then you will have to rinse it again.  The best thing that you should do next time is anytime you have knots and tangles you want to brush it when it's dry first then wash it, it will make it alot easier.

When you are taking the knots out start at the bottom on your hair and then work the way up... so your not just brush all the knots down to the bottom
