Can a hemroid be the cause of low male s*x drive?

Ok, im a 21 year old male and lately my s*x drive has been low...meaning lots of energy the first round of s*x, but the second round not so good, it takes a really long time for me to get hard again, and I think it is because of my hemroid that flares up every once in a while. I mean it makes since that if something is flared up in your a**s, you probably will not be able to get hard easily or no? I even tried those stupid stamina pills they do nothing!
