It will slow down the activity and production because they actually need a cooler temperature than what your body normally is. In other words if you are attempting to conceive, it would probably be a good idea to fore go the hot tub until after the fact. Will it leave you sterile, no, will it increase production absolutely not. It will lower your count temporarily, about the same as masturbating or having s*x daily will lower your count.

It will not make you sterile. It will slow down production temporarily. too much heat is not desirable for s***n production this is why you testicles are external and hang away from your body.
