  1. When I lived in Tennessee, I had this Friend that was a Police and they can and will bug your car house and also put under your car a GPS to show where you have been and where you are.


  2. Someone would have to gain the homeowners trust, enter the home, and secretly install recording devices.Highly and extremely unlikely.Surveillance is the preferred  method.

  3. Its possible but they would need a warrant to do so, and usually the cops don't go through that much trouble unless your involved with something really really bad, like narcotics or gun running.
