Can a human actully live up to be around 100-105??

in my science class we talked about ages and how long diffrent types of species could live i wanted to know how long can a human live and if its true??

Think of it this way. Currently people live into their mid-70s, meaning that the generation born 70 years ago is the generation with a 70 year life-span. Well, 70 years of medical knowledge has accumulated in that time, and the generation born today will most certainly live longer than 70 years on average. This is because they'll have their entire lives to reap the benefits of the medical advances that have already occurred, whereas the current elderly population only enjoyed the benefits of modern medicine for about half of their life-time. So unless catastrophic health problems develop like airborne HIV transmission or a super virus or something crazy like that, the children currently being born could very well live to be at least 100 years old.

Yes. I personally know of 3 people who are now a 100 yrs. old and many the world over who have lived beyond that.

in the bible it said that some of the people during that time lived to be 200yrs. old so i believe anything is possible; however scientfically it would be hard to prove in todays society

Yes I took a blood sample from a patient where I work that was 102 last week.

Um, yes.  Lots of them are over 100.  According to this article, the oldest person is 116.
