Can a husband and wife both get unemployemnt benefits in Oregon?

I don't know how this works but can both a husband and wife get unemployment at the same time?

If they both lose their jobs, and both qualify for unemployment, the fact that they are married does NOT impact their seperate claims.

If you're asking, if the wife doesn't work, and the husband loses his job, can she claim based on his work, the answer is no.
