Can a hydrocele turn into cancer?

My husbands have gotten very huge in both testicals.He wont go to the doctor.There is pain in one of them. Will it get worse?Can it turn into cancer?

A "hydrocele" cannot turn into cancer.  Neither can a "varicocele."  Both of these can cause scrotal enlargement.  However, they could cause other problems, like pain and/or impotence. Also, it isn't impossible for a person who has a hydrocele to develop a new problem, like testicular cancer.  Both problems are common in young men.

Most importantly, any male with an enlarging scrotal or testicular mass SHOULD SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.
