  1. Not without unlocking it, which is not that easy to do.


  2. yes if you unlock it. It acutally is VERY easy and takes about 10 min. I'm on Tmobile and everything works fine. You can connect to the tmoblie hotspots or any other wifi. If you have questions about how to unlock just ask me.
