Can a kitten spayed while pregnant still have dropped teats ??

I had a 6 mos old pregnant kitten spayed almost two weeks ago and the teats hanging from her still swollen abdomen seem to be getting larger, not smaller. No milky discharge so I doubt it's real lactation. Just lumpy, slightly puffed up "b*****s" with enlarged teats. There is some slight brownish discoloration on one of the tips and a little sensitivity (could be a result of the spay) to my touch but nothing that appears to be causing particular pain. Any ideas what could be going on here ?

I'm sorry, but this sounds like your kitten needs to go BACK to the vet. It does not sound like a normal ''post-spay'' occurance, even if she was pregnant at the time.
