Can a landlord in west virginia remove personal belongings on the lot i rent.?

  1. if the lot is an easement then yes.

    read the contract.


  2. it depends on if it was agreed on the lease agreement. otherwise i dont think so.

  3. That depends on what the items were, and what sort of lot it was.  If it was cited as a public nuisance -- abandoned cars or appliances, trash, and so on -- the landlord might have been legally required to clean up the lot.  I think he should have notified you first, though.
