  1. You can marry whoever you want. Their legal status has nothing to do with it.

  2. You can marry whomever you chose.  Their status does not prohibit you from marrying them. According to whatever paperwork your soon to be spouse has, you will have to search out a state or county that will accept that paperwork.  That will be your biggest obstacle.

  3. Legal status has no bearing on whether or not you can marry a person. However, you may find it difficult to obtain the marriage license if the person doesn't have a SS # as most states now require one in order to marry. The only ones I know of off hand that don't are Nevada and California. There are also a few counties in different states that follow their own requirements.

Google "marriage license requirements" along with the name of your state and you'll find what forms of identification are required in order to obtain a marriage license. Otherwise, you should be fine.

  4. As long as they both leave the country I don't see a problem

  5. Yes, they can. Go to Court and apply for marriage license. They will ask your picture ID and biological information of you. Then with marriage license you can get married, no matter what your legal status in US are.

If you are asking that marriage will affect on chaing illegal to legal status, that is totally different issue.
