She basically has several weird habits and doesnt seem to have a proper sane mind to live with together. All my other housemates are now equally terrified of her. However, she refuses to leave now thinking that it'll be troublesome although she has once mentioned she initially wanted to look for a single room. Now, she's sharing a room with me and I do not feel comfortable with her one bit despite staying with her for almost 9 weeks now.

  1. I need to know what country you are in cause this

problem would not exist in the US. If it was the US, you

could pack up the next day and leave and

find a replacement for your lease obligation.

  2. To an extent it depends upon who the lease holder is.  If you are on the lease and she is not then you can ask her to move out.  I'm surprised she is still living there if it's so obvious she's not wanted.  As you don't specify where you're living you should possibly contact your local tenancy division.  In Australia it's the Office of Fair Trading.

    Good luck!

  3. You COULD but do you want to? If she is that scary (and how big of chickens are you guys? lol) wouldn't you want paperwork to back you up?

If she has signed a contract, a lease or any paperwork at all, you cannot evict her without paperwork and a proper eviction notice. I'd consult an attorney or call the landlord-tenant agency in your area. You don't want to get sued by her. Because in the end, you can't evict somebody just because you don't like them. They have to have broken the lease somehow.
