  1. Please do yourself and your fish a favor and just kill them. I mean if you think this is a good idea, and you think your capable of taking care of the fry. Please just kill your fish now. And spare yourself and the fish the trouble and hassle.

    Or maybe they're plants!!!!

idk if i sound dumb or something but i don't really get this question.

Maybe they could move to a new vise :]

  3. The best answer to this is- don't try it.

You won't know if they will mate or fight, and it will be very difficult to catch them so you can rescue her.  He'll probably try to chase her away, or kill her.

When the male is looking for a mate, he'll build a bubble-nest.  When the female is ready to mate, she'll approach a male's territory and they'll check each other out.  If they agree, he will wrap himself around her, and she will expel eggs.  He will spray sperm at the eggs, then catch the eggs in his mouth and spit them into the nest as fast as he can. When she has no more eggs, he will drive her away, (because she would eat the eggs) and guard the eggs alone.   He'll look after the eggs til they hatch, then he must be separated from the babies or he'll start eating them. The babies will need a special diet such as brine shrimp while they are little, and very careful monitoring of the water temperature and quality if they are going to survive.  The nest should be in the nursery-tank, because it would not be safe to try to move the eggs or the small babies. If you are going to breed Bettas, you need to research the subject first.
