  1. in order to be buried in Canada? one must have a will requesting so, is he a Canadian citizen?

    the cost involved is expensive,

    # How about visa versa? #

do you mean vice versa? if so?

same thing,a will, citizen of the US, and expenses,

it is not a simple matter to go trough,

    autorisation,from the countries involved,

one must inform himself, on the legal matter of being buried in another country.

  2. I'm sure that can happen if you purchase a burial plot. It's all about money.

  3. No, if he's living he shouldn't be buried anywhere.

  4. If he was domiciled in the USA, if that is what you mean by "living;"  However, this appears to be another "IQ" question, like who is buried in Grant's Tomb, and how far can a dog run into the forest (halfway; otherwise, he is running out of the forest.)
