If he is 5'8.5" (68.5 inches) is it possible for that 18 year old to reach a height of 5'10" to 6'0". Basically a growth of 1.5-3.5 inches. Which height is most likely? Would pilates and yoga help?

  1. it differs from people to people. Its a case to case kind of thing. Some people grow taller, some people grow shorter at ur age. Just dont expect to grow a few more inches so as to not get disappointed later. Not trying to be mean, but frank. sorry. you probably MAY grow half an inch, but i think thats the most.

  2. I think human body keeps deeloping untill the age off 21. But I might be wrong

  3. Perhaps a bit,but not too much

  4. I grew 2 inches between 18 and 24.  It is a bit unusual, however.  I think you have a good chance of reaching 5'10", but not above that.

  5. Guy's can grow till they are 21.

And no there are no exercises that can be done to

    make him grow taller.

Just eat good healthy foods, fresh fruit and vegies.

    And keep an active lifestyle.

    Take Care.
