Can a manager at a Domino's throw a metal object at you ?

Im just wondering if he can legally do that. He threw it at around my arm area because he was mad. It didnt hurt or anything at all.

wow, that is very unproffesional and if you report him it could cost him his job, but know that it is his word against yours, if there are security cameras that most likley got caught on tape so you would have evidence.. if you were that offended by it then by all means report it.. but if not, just let it go and make sure it doesnt happen again, if it does then report it. ITs wrong.

It's illegal. Report it, especially if its at all possible there were security cameras live at the time.

No, he can't.  You should talk to his boss.

Yes, he can.  But it is illegal - you could charge him with battery, or report him to upper management.  You could go a step further and attempt to sue the company.

Of course you could also pick up the object and throw it right back at him.
