I was friends with women who was a lot younger than me. We ended up fooling around and it felt weird. We didn’t have s*x but we just cuddled. We didn't talk for a 1month and now we are back in touch again. I think I only have friendship feelings her after being apart from her and she does too.

We decided to still keep in touch only as friends. I don't want to be intimate with her since I am married.

Are those feelings going to be there?

  1. I don't think you can, because the feelings can return especially if you have a lil spat with your wife vise versa. If you're questioning it you're

having past feeling to return, you're looking for a excuse, you probably wondering what it would have been  like if you slept together or sleep together. Leave the past  alone...Figure out if you wanta be with your wife it is what sounds like the deep problem

  2. You are married!!  Stop talking to this woman.  You don't want the feelings to come back and you don't want to cheat on and hurt your wife.  Just stop talking to this woman.  The feelinsg might come back and you might s***w up your marriage.  Stop!

  3. I'm with Alyssa on this one.

  4. If they were first, yes. Don't worry about it too much yet. Let's be friends often means let's part on good terms, keep up contacts of decreasing frequency for a while, and then rarely see or hear form each other.

  5. i dont think thats possible! I am in a situation right now that i have friends with benefits and well if we decided just to be friends i dont think it would work! The feelings we had and the way we turned each other one that wont disappear! U guys didnt have s*x but who knows your feelings that u do have now could turn into more!

  6. Since you are married, and this is a friend with whom you 'fooled around' ... it's a friend that needs to go. Don't sit and wonder whether you'll be able to resist the temptation again - don't allow yourself to be faced with that temptation and then you won't have to worry.

If I was your wife, there's no way in the world would I want that woman to be your friend. The fact that she became "intimate" with you, as you put it, demonstrates that she doesn't have the proper respect for your marriage. If you do, you'll have nothing to do with her.

Why don't you ask your wife if she's okay with this friendship?

You don't need to, do you?! You know the answer!

  7. It IS possible that you can go back to being just friends, since you are committed to not letting yourself go too far again.

But I don't know about the girl. My advice is that, since you're in contact with her again, you should apologize to her for your part in fooling around with her in the past, tell her that you don't want it ever to happen again because you're married.

That way your intentions in the friendship will be really clear - and if she's sorry too about fooling around, she's likely to say so. (Worst case scenario - if this girl isn't sorry and wants to fool around with you more, then it'll send her a clear message to BACK OFF.)

If your wife knows about this girl and what happened, it will likely make her feel much more secure if she knows you told this girl in writing that you're sorry and don't want it ever to happen again, and also if the girl replies the same way.

Do you and this girl see each other alot? Blunt question: does seeing her make you want her, or tempt you? If so, it's probably best not to see each other a lot, and if you communicate, do it at a distance (write or call). Let your wife be there while you talk to this girl on the phone, and let your wife have access to your messages to each other, if you write. (It can make a woman really insecure if she thinks her man is talking privately with another girl.) That's probably the safest way.

  8. When I was single I was able to be intimate and then just friends. It not so hard.

  9. WTF were u cuddling with her if ur married?
