  1. if it is registered as a psv (passenger service vehicle) and has an operators licence then yes it can use bus lanes as for non licenced mini busses i'm not to sure but i think it can

  3. the bus lane sign should indicate what bus can use the lane, most have 28+ on the sign which means that the bus must seat at least 28 people.
