if it is registered as a psv (passenger service vehicle) and has an operators licence then yes it can use bus lanes as for non licenced mini busses i'm not to sure but i think it can

the bus lane sign should indicate what bus can use the lane, most have 28+ on the sign which means that the bus must seat at least 28 people.

i think so, maybe not all of them, but they're usually for taxis and buses.

bus lains are ment for transit busis but you can use them if your not geting in a busis way

The minibus must not be a private bus. It must be a PCV vehicle, though it need not be operating on a local service route. That bars an 8 seater private hire vehicle from using it.

as far as i know yes cause its a bus mini or not but i think you need to be carrying passengers to use it the same as taxis
