Today when I came home the mail man was at my door and my 13 year was signing for a certified letter is that legal? I told the mail man that it was wrong and that she was only a child.

  1. You are right.  Certified mail should be signed for by an adult.

You can complain to your local postmaster, and write a letter to your congressman.
