Can a money tree plant be rooted from clippings?

So far, I've put my clippings in water to root. But its takes about a month for you to notice that its rooting. The leaves will stay green and you just have to change the water every couple of weeks. You must be patient. Do not put it in directly light. They like partial light and partial shade.
