Should I go to court to fight this ticket or just pay the fine?

  1. The gun typically only can record one vehicle at a time.  It has to receive a bounceback signal from one vehicle.  I doubt they have dual transmitters/receivers in the gun.

If you have the time, you can always show up to court and have the officer explain it to you.  Maybe he/she won't even show up?
