  1. No.  Why do you think it will?

  2. No.  However, you can be adopted as an adult.

Example: Two people I know who were adopted as adults were actually raised by someone other than their adoptive parents (unfit parents).  One found her birthmother and her birthmother legally adopted her as an adult. The other was adopted by the couple who fostered her as an adult. This eliminated any legal connection to their adoptive parents.

  3. Ask an attorney to be sure but I would not think so.

  4. No.

  5. NO , does not stand a chance.

  6. No, it will legally change your name, but not the legal rights of your parents to you.  Even with your name change they will still have their legal rights as your parents as you get older, ie grandparent rights to your children and so forth.

An adoption cannot be "undone".  You can request from the judge an emancipation from them.....

  7. i dont think so because i would keep its real name

  8. No. However an adult or even a child can divorce their parents - is this what you are asking? An adult may be adopted by someone if they wish.

  10. Absolutely not.  They're both completely different types of documents.

  11. No it can't but adopting your child/adult back can.

  12. No it can't. An adoption paper is a legally binding document.

  13. Probably not. I  just changes a name.

  14. Does changing your name undo who your parents are?  No, once you are legally adopted you are the child of those parents no matter what you change your name to.
