  1. I know int he activ army you can go thru AER and get a lona that a person pays back, I am not sure about reserves, tlak to your full time clerk.


  2. no.  Bonuses cannot be paid in advance.  

    you can try  for an AER loan.  Not sure Guard members can use it , but you can try.
