we live on the corner of an an unadopted/private road, the access to our driveway is at the rear of our property and to access it we need to drive down the private road, for years the residents have been abusive telling us we cannot use the road to get to our driveway, now the neighbour has erected a six foot fence across our driveway. The land registry for our property says that he owns the land in front of our driveway but that we also have access rights. what can I do??

  1. If the legal documents commonly known as registry, mention that   you have "right of way" then he can't block the driveway or deny you the use of private road. if he is a wicked person, he can create alot of problems for you, but you can always seek help of law enforcement agencies.
