  1. Well, I think you might be able to get a loan (perhaps not a federal loan, but probably a private or alternative loan), but you probably can't get any help from FAFSA. Scholarships, yes, but not Federal scholarships.

    If I were you, I would look for a private scholarship. There are tons and tons that you can apply for, and you can potentially win more than one. I know many international students who have their tuition paid for completely through scholarships. It's a lot of work, but it is possible.

  2. Not a FAFSA since that is Federal and requires your to be a US Citizen.   You could get a private loan though.
