i would say more like 99.99% of guys do. but yes, i could also imagine that some don't due to low testosterone or religious beliefs, etc...

and girls m********e less, yes, because they have less testosterone (on average). testosterone is the hormone that controls s*x drive.

I believe that it is possible, but highly improbable.

However, sexual release is an innate aspect of human existence.  That release will tend to be achieved, even if inadvertently.
