  3. In the true sense, no it can't.  Infrared is a different part of the light spectrum.  Your camera, unless its been modified, blocks out that part of the light spectrum.

    Photoshop does have a B&W conversion that has Infrared as one of its defaults.  The results from it are really similar to what a true infrared image looks like, green leaves become white, sky becomes close to black, etc.  So the results you get for landscape scenes can be similar, but not so much for portraits.
