  1. agreed, I disrespect that but if it is absolutely needed im sure that you request it. I would not like it if my parents did this to me.

  2. you can only get the number they are texting and date and time. thats it. unless it is tapped by a professional like FBI or somethn, i'd say you wouldnt be able to get it plus i bet you are just snoopin

  3. I would say that it is possible but it would probably have to be done by a professional and cost a lot of money. I think that this would be an invasion if your child's privacy unless you suspect that they are in trouble or doing drugs or something. Don't just read their texts for the sake of it unless it is  for a legitimate reason.

  4. maybe, if they call the telephone service provider and ask.

  5. No, but there is a way to monitor their text. There is usually a lock on the phone where you could set the password (don't tell her what it is) and you could make it to where they cannot delete their text messages. I do think it is an invasion of privacy, but I'm sure that you have a valid reason to be snooping. Good luck!

  6. I hope not

  7. Are you kidding? Why don't you read your kid's diary and eavesdrop on his/her phone conversations too? You don't think that that's a bit invasive to ones privacy? To answer your question, I agree with the first answer, I truly hope not.

  8. Yes, if you are paying for the cell phone bill. You can call costumer service and request a print out of all the texts from your children's cells.

  9. i really agree with answer #1

  10. I don't think so and I sure hope not.

  11. I don't know about all plans, but we can on our plan... so beware. lol

  12. No. Even if the the phone billl is in their name they can get a print out of the numbers only.

  13. From what I have learned about texting, No.  You may be able to get info such as time and date and the phone number the text was sent to.  Some companies provide that in the detailed part of the billing on line.  Sending a text message is much like making a phone call so the actual content of the message may not be stored anywhere except the phone used to send it and the phone that received it.
