Can a pennsylvania adult driver use a booster seat when taking the drivers exam?

My wife is small in stature and needs to sit on a pillow to be able to see out the window. She hasn't earned her drivers license yet and will need to take the driving test. Will she be allowed to take the test sitting on her booster pillow?
