depends really.

i shot myselfonce in the foot, it hurt (with bb gun)

it can injure you but it wont kill you unless u fire multiple shots at the head.

but by the time you fire one your already to weak to fire another:D

It depends. The average sporting goods BB gun (Daisy or Crossman) isn't powerful to do much damage, but they do sting a lot.

There are a few expensive pellet rifles that can penetrate 1/2 thick plywood so they might be able to penetrate the skull. The problem with that is most of their energy will be spent piercing the skull and you probably would live.

I know of a child that walked in to the path of another child shooting a BB gun. The BB hit the child just right in the temple, she died. So I guess it could be possible.
