  2. Well, it depends on how you look at it.  Sure, physically, you can do it.   But you need special permits to transport a loaded coffin over state lines, so I think you'd get in trouble on the way.

  6. Yes, you could if you wanted to.  You would just need the burial-transit permit in order to cross state lines (and the body would also have to be embalmed to cross state lines).  But the answer is yes, you can.

  7. NO.  I believe you have to be licensed undertaker.  Otherwise serial killers (and every bad guys) would be carrying dead bodies and would just pretend to be transporting family members.  Then the cops would never have any probably cause to carry out the investigations or arrest people.
