  2. yes, also you can get one on a lawn mower, moped, horse, I have gotten them all the horse one surprised me though

  3. Technically yes, but i'm pretty sure you could get out of it if you did get one.

  4. Yes you can.  Whether or not you have a license has nothing to do with being able to get a DUI.

  5. No, you can't get a DUI (or OUI as it's normally called now) because you don't need an operator's license to ride a bicycle...however, you can be charged with public intoxication.

  6. Ya know.........cyclists should be required to have a licence and pass some sort of "test" and be responsible for their behavior.

If you have a Driver's Licence you can be fined for speeding, or anything else under the Highway Traffic Code which applies to a licenced driver...........Fair?  NO! But it happens.......oh yes, and there is THE INTOXICATED PERSONS DETENTION ACT, which applies to pedestrians too..........

  7. Yes....................

The DUI law in North Dakota and Minnesota is somewhat unique because of the way that the term “vehicle” is used. In most states, DUI laws cover motor vehicles such as cars, trucks, motorboats, tractors, and similar equipment.

North Dakota and Minnesota law expands the definition of a vehicle to include almost anything you can ride in or on for the purposes of transportation.

Riding a bicycle or even a horse while your blood alcohol content level is above the legal limit can very well be considered a DUI offense and you may be arrested and prosecuted for DUI.

North Dakota and Minnesota is also one of many states that use the concept of implied consent within the DUI laws.

This means that you imply your consent to chemical testing simply by using the roadways and operating a vehicle within the state.

  8. NO
