Can a person grow hemp in Mexico?

Hemp oil could be used instead of soyoil. Hemp is elegal to grow in the US. It competes too much with cotton. Hemp has 25k uses. But the oil alone could make b100 very affordable for bi deisel.

Thats a good question, I know you can grow it in Canada with a license, not sure about mexico. Good idea though.

You can grow it anywhere you like.  If they would allow it would be the correct question to ask
