Can a person have coronary artery disease at a very young age? ?

if not, is there anything similar that could happen to youngsters where the coronary arteries can not supply the heart with proper oxygen and nutrients?

  1. If you are healthy, it's impossible. Young people who have these diseases have heart disease since they were born.


  2. depends on what you call 'young'. I have seen men and women around 45 years of age who have undergone Coronary artery bypass grafting. It is not quite uncommon. Also, you need to remember the lifestyle that these people might have followed.
