  1. To improove your writing you can read text books, but to improove your accent they say the best thing is to record yourself and listen to yourself talk. Then you can compare your voice to that of people who speak with the native accent from the English speaking country that you are in. You can also try the Roseta Stone CDs, but that takes money. Good luck!

  2. It's entirely possible.

  3. No you must hear and speak the language

  4. While you do learn a lot from reading books, it is very important to  incorporate the use of vocabulary and expression through conversations. There are certain words, especially in the english language, that can only be pronounced appropriately after hearing someone say it. Books are good for grammar and spelling, but conversations are imperative in order to obtain an all-around understanding and dominance of the language. I suggest you engage in conversations with people that are willing to help you. Some people enjoy interacting with others who speak another language that way they both exchange conversations and learn from each others' respective language.

    Hope this helps!
