Can a person of 21 yrs start boxing?

I am Varun from India, I want to go canada for study. Can I adopt boxing, I have very little experience just a training session of six months. I have never played amature. Can I adopt boxing in canada while studying. I mean can I box there just like the universuty sports ?

Yes you can, 21 is ok age, I would say the perfect age is between 15-18, because of how ready your body is to take hits, most people think that if you start at age 6-10 is even better, but not realy, the body of a ten year old is not ready to take punishment, look at Floyd Mayweather he started boxing when he was 5 and now at age of 31 he has had many health problems, thats why he retired.

since your already going there for school the only thing you can do is look around once you get there. you'll probably have to go off campus as boxing isn't usually a university type sport
